Olivia Kyriakidou Olivia Kyriakidou studied philosophy and psychology at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece, before specializing in the study of identity, completing a PhD in organizational psychology. Her research programme to date pursues a long term interest in the application of psychology to organizational issues, with particular interest in conceptualizing and managing the interface between macro, meso and micro perspectives. Her current interest focuses on the relationality of organizational life. Examples of her research include enacting organizational change, identity orientations and identity change, knowledge sharing and networks, virtual teams and the creation of virtual working environments, careers and social capital, European HRM and diversity management. Finally, Olivia practices consultancy work on the design and implementation of HR and training solutions to organizational problems in a wide range of diﬀerent business contexts. For further details: email@example.com Mustafa F. Özbilgin Mustafa F. Özbilgin is a Senior Lecturer in Employment Relations at the School of Business and Management, Queen Mary, University of London. He holds a BA in Business Administration from Bosphorus University (Turkey), an MA in Human Resource Management and Development from Marmara University (Turkey) and a PhD in Social Sciences from the University of Bristol (UK). He has previously worked at the University of Hertfordshire (UK) and University of Surrey (UK) as a lecturer, and at CEPS-INSTEAD (Luxembourg), Cornell University, School of Industrial and Labor Relations (USA) and the Japan Institute of Labour Policy and Training (Japan) as visiting fellow.
