Dr Robyn Bartel is a Senior Lecturer in Geography and Planning and a research associate of the AgLaw Centre at the University of New England. Robyn’s fields of expertise are environmental law, regulatory theory and cultural geography. Albert K. Butzel is the principal of Albert K. Butzel Law Offices in New York City. He has been counsel in a number of significant environmental litigations, including the Storm King Mountain and Westway MegaProject cases. Javier de Cendra is Dean of IE Law School. He is also honorary senior lecturer at University College London Energy Institute and honorary senior fellow at UCL Faculty of Laws. His areas of research include climate change and energy law and policy. Professor Donna Craig holds an appointment at the University of Western Sydney. Previously she was the co-director at the Macquarie University Centre for Environmental law. She researches and teaches environmental law and justice. Meinhard Doelle is Professor of Law, and Associate Dean, Research, Schulich School of Law, Dalhousie University, and Director, Marine & Environmental Law Institute. Professor Doelle specialises in climate change, environmental law, and energy law. Josefin Gooch is a researcher, teacher and doctoral candidate at Lund University. Her area of research includes transboundary water law and natural resource governance. Wayne Gumley is a Senior Lecturer at the Monash University Faculty of Business and Economics. His areas of specialisation are environmental and natural resources law, corporate environmental responsibility and ecological tax reform.
