Chapter 35: Spiritual humanism and corporate economics
The question ‘What is humanism?’ has many answers in history. In the first section we will explore briefly some of the answers but our aim is to focus on spiritual humanism as a postmodern search for humanity. The second section deals with personalism as a paradigm for spiritual humanism. In the last section I shall apply spiritual humanism to the field of corporate economics by elucidating the notion of spiritual capital.
