The challenging connection between the massive and silent demographic revolution and the coexistence of seven different living generations strongly influences current times and will shape the future. This chapter explores the intricate relationship between demography, generational dynamics, and the futures to come. The chapter studies in depth what generational mindset means and how it works for different generations; what the implications are for society’s future starting from specific demographic and generational consequences on people and the population; what it means to be living the current cross-passage from ageing to longevity era; finally, the chapter develops possible next scenarios based on how the youngest Alpha generation lives and experiences nowadays, and as a consequence, what kind of future could be envisioned and wished for.
