Developing and managing an alliance is concerned with its growth and functioning and the vitality of the alliance. The partnership needs to focus on realizing the compelling mission and expressive purposes. In good collaboration the members in the alliance achieve results through converging ambitions and energy directed towards specific goals. Results generate energy for the partners and demonstrate the added value of collaboration. Results are seen in terms of social impact and contribution. The way of working, the coordination of activities and the management of activities in the alliance are of key importance. Special attention is given to the development of coordinating systems, leadership development and employee engagement.
