Chapter 2: Starting action research transformations
Restricted access

In Chapter Two, a key example of how to make ART work in an office setting is given, showing how ARTists can combine a qualitative approach with quantitative methods. ART is shown to be more experiential, working with people to develop new strategies in order to bring about systemic change rather than solely focusing on numbers. Examples of the importance of conversation, despite different political viewpoints, are given in order to show how critical ART is even if stakeholders are not in complete agreement.
