Part Three, Chapter Two shows how to use the model of ART in writing a paper that will be beneficial to stakeholders. It's important to be clear with intention and start with an engaging narrative. Stakeholder feedback can be especially helpful. While building on the works of those who came before, it is shown that authors must be clear about how to further spread the narratives of change they are sharing. Being able to show how we go from power-over to power-with to transform power structures is key. Ultimately, the reader must be able to see how to harness these techniques in order to spread the actionable knowledge of ART.
