Restricted access

The Bloomsbury Learning Exchange (BLE) is a digital education service, which exists to share good practice between its partners and enable collaboration on technology enhanced learning projects. The partners are six co-located HE institutions in Bloomsbury, central London: Birkbeck, London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine (LSHTM), Royal Veterinary College (RVC), School of Oriental & African Studies (SOAS), University College London (UCL) and the University of London. The chapter begins with an introduction to the BLE, its values and purpose. The main body of the chapter is composed of a conversation, which took place between the BLE's Executive Team, regarding how the BLE responded to the challenges caused by the pandemic. The narrative of this conversation is interspersed with quotations from other BLE stakeholders, reflecting on their relationship with the BLE during the pandemic. The chapter concludes with a summary of lessons learned and plans for a post-COVID world.
