Part V addresses the general provisions for EAPO proceedings such as those concerning: (a) legal representation, which shall not be mandatory; (b) court fees, which shall not be higher than the fees for obtaining an equivalent national order or a remedy against such a national order; (c) reimbursement of costs incurred by banks for the implementation of Preservation Orders; and (d) protection of data obtained, processed or transmitted under the EAPO Regulation. The Part also deals with the relationships between the EAPO proceedings and national procedural law and/or other EU instruments, such as the Brussels I Regulation (Recast) and the Insolvency Regulation (Recast).
