This final chapter suggests and focuses on Franklin Roosevelt's Four Freedoms speech: Freedom of Speech and Expression, Freedom to Worship God in your own way, Freedom from Want, and Freedom from Fear. But as we have been learning, there are some limitations to Freedom of Speech and Freedom from Want. However, Freedom of Religion must be maintained, and no one should ever experience fear while at work. Individuals and organizations should seek to expand the list to include Freedom of Assembly and Freedom from Discrimination.
