Restricted access

In this chapter, I review this empirical literature and related conceptual frameworks in an effort to: (1) synthesize these empirical approaches and discuss their limitations;(2) redirect empirical measurement of inter-organizational trust to consider multiples ‘types’ of trust; and (3) re-orient empirical study to understand dynamics, such as its origins. Consider two situations.
