In many publications, researchers have confirmed that the source of competitiveness is proper knowledge management. Knowledge is a crucial resource that enables organizations to develop and learn. It plays a critical role in the efficiency, innovativeness, and productivity of organizations. Developing a knowledge management strategy is essential in effective knowledge management. It enables organizations to create, acquire, access, and leverage knowledge to enhance organizational performance. The purpose of this chapter is to present the concept of knowledge management strategies based on a literature review and experiential learning. The importance of choosing the right knowledge management strategy in the era of big data and analytics is emphasized, and the new directions of research are indicated.
