We are delighted to announce the publication of Issue 1 of the relaunched Competition Law Journal which is now available in print and via Elgaronline.
Vol 17 Issue 1 is the first of two Issues to be published in 2018. Following this year, the Journal will publish quarterly. Subscription information is available via www.elgaronline.com/clj, or alternatively please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
From the Editors:
Together with a new Advisory Board (drawn from the judiciary, competition authorities, academia, leading law firms, chambers and economics consultancies, and in-house legal teams) we intend that the relaunched Journal will continue to be the leading practitioner-focused publication with its principal focus on UK and EU competition law.
Consistent with our objective of publishing articles on wide range of topical issues, our relaunch edition contains articles addressing State aid after Brexit, jurisdictional issues in competition litigation, the online distribution of goods, mergers and competition issues arising from the use of algorithms. We hope that you will find the Journal informative and of practical use.
Sarah Long, Andrew North, and Matthew O’Regan
