Partnership with GOALI - now live

March 13, 2018

Edward Elgar is a proud Founding Partner of GOALI (Global Online Access to Legal Information), a programme of the Research4Life group. Following its recent launch in March 2018, this programme aims to provide free or low-cost online access to law-related academic and professional content to institutions in over 115 low- and middle-income countries.

A public-private partnership of the International Labour Organisation (ILO) and Brill Nijhoff, Cornell Law School Library & the Lillian Goldman Law Library (Yale Law School), GOALI will offer online access to legal resources to academic, government or research institutions in eligible regions. We are delighted that these available resources will also include Elgar Journals and a Development Studies eBook collection.
