Elgar is pleased to work with national library consortia and university libraries to offer read-publish subscriptions to our Law journal collection and Social Science journal collection covering the cost of article processing charges (APCs) for members. Please contact journals@e-elgar.co.uk if you would like to arrange an OA agreement for your consortia or institution.

The UK JISC Agreement, open to all UK institutions who are members of the consortium, initially runs for 2023, although we hope to extend this after the first year. Current subscribers include:
