Elgar is pleased to work with national library consortia and university libraries to offer read-publish subscriptions to our Law journal collection and Social Science journal collection covering the cost of article processing charges (APCs) for members. Please contact journals@e-elgar.co.uk if you would like to arrange an OA agreement for your consortia or institution.
Developing countries access
Edward Elgar offers free online access to the world's least developed countries. Access is offered to established not-for-profit educational institutions in the countries listed on the World Bank's least developed countries index. Interested parties are required to fill in the below form and email to journals@e-elgar.co.uk
