Work is a phenomenon that enriches human life and adds profound meaning to it. It is not only about being able to support yourself and your family but also about having a sense of doing something valuable. The chapter is devoted to good yet often forgotten elements of work. It presents the perspective of a selected group of employees who were asked to describe only what is positive about their job. As it turned out, the task was inspiring and creative, and the research participants willingly abandoned their usual compulsion to complain, surprised to find out how much good they were able to see in their work. This affirmative attempt to move away from trends fixated on the negative factors at work leads to the notion of hope, understood here as one of the tools used to design the future of work and to voice the individual needs and aspirations of employees.
