Storytelling has always been an important and effective part of human communication. Within the classroom, it has been used as an important tool to aid understanding. This is particularly true when dealing with complex social and employment concepts. This chapter explores the use of storytelling as a tool within the classroom to develop and explore the multidimensional concepts in contemporary employment relationships. Further, the chapter provides some tools that can be used within the classroom to capture student reflections from the stories to make links back to the theoretical content.
