Werner Eichhorst and Regina Konle-Seidl
Labour market policy has been a central policy area for a long time, especially with a need to know what works. Chapter 18 by Eichorst and Konle-Seidl presents an overview of its possible impact. It is argued that this is an area where we have more knowledge, but also a need for good solid data and a methodological approach ensuring that we measure what we want to measure. There is also a difference in evaluation at the micro- and macro-levels.
