Conclusion: An 'ENTREFESTO'

Selected Papers of William B. Gartner

William B. Gartner

So Three years ago I came up with the idea of ENTREFESTO. Aphorisms and clichés you see That were similar to what I saw in the manifesto ‘Holstee’. Scholarship in elaborate form Had become so much my norm. I wanted some other way To make sense of what I have to say. While a complex idea in a few words Might seem absurd, A simple phrase Might cut through the haze. One might better mind it And, see the thoughts behind it At least, that is the hope That clichés can be insightful in scope.
