This chapter introduces three LEAD elements: Overnight Experiential, Masterclasses and the online LEAD Forum. The Overnight Experiential gets the delegates to think critically about where they are now and illustrates the trust and bonding that quickly forms amongst the strangers. The chapter discusses the new insights that Masterclasses bring and the on-going discussions that are available through the LEAD Forum and how engagement is created.
