Ms. Nobuko Hiwasa was Independent Director at Megmilk Snow Brand Co., Ltd. between 2011, when the merger between Snow Brand Milk Products Co., Ltd. and Nippon Milk Community was finalized, and 2015 when she retired. Prior to the merger, she served as Independent Director in Snow Brand Milk Products Co., Ltd., a position she took up in 2002. Previously she had worked with the Tokyo Consumers' Co-operative Union and Japanese Consumers’ Co-operative Union. She also held the position of Secretary General of Shodanren, the National Liaison Committee of Consumer Organizations.
