Chapter 120: WHO: Ethical Criteria for Medicinal Drug Promotion, 1988
Commentary: The Ethical Criteria (WHA Resolution WHA41.17) identifies the roles and responsibilities of inter alia pharmaceutical manufacturers and distributors, employers of medical representatives and advertisers with respect to promoting medicinal drugs.
