In the first section we will explore briefly some of the answers but our aim is to focus on spiritual humanism as a postmodern search for humanity. The second section deals with personalism as a paradigm for spiritual humanism. In the last section I shall apply spiritual humanism to the field of corporate economics by elucidating the notion of spiritual capital.
