Chapter 3: It’s all about context: research methods of the multi-context framework of creative leadership
Here the authors explore the research methods used in three distinct contexts of creative leadership, showing that particular kinds of methods have been used due to contextual and focal differences. The authors further discuss the need for more diversity and flexibility in the use of methods in order to increase our understanding of the complexities of creative leadership.
