Chapter 23: Verbal protocol analysis as a tool to understand the creative process
This chapter discusses the usefulness of analysing verbal protocols created by asking research participants to ‘think aloud’ while performing given tasks for understanding the creative process. The authors argue that the method can be used in practically any real-world creative situation.
