ARTICLE 16: RELATION TO OTHER AGREEMENTS
Article 16 contains a mechanism aimed at regulating the relationship between the Energy Charter Treaty and other international agreements. This short commentary analyses this provision and seeks to highlight the differences between the latter and the principles set out in the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties that serve the same purpose.
