Keith Reid
Abstract
The chapter examines CCAMLR’s ‘Olympic-style’ approach to fisheries management. It emphasises that conservation is a key operative term of CCAMLR and adds some further discussions on the interpretation of ‘rational use’. Reid also shares his view regarding some future challenges for successful management of marine living resources in the Southern Ocean.
